IE, you can touch the doll and the person it's connected to will feel the same touch allowing you to masturbate them, have oral, vaginal or anal sex with them and even climax in them. Maybe one scene where they hold the doll up and spanks it and you see the recipient floating in the air as they get spanked.

If someone made a list of animations/interactions with the voodoo doll, that would be awesome. I wish I knew how, lol.
