Hello, having lost part of my sims moods, I am reinstalling them little by little but I am facing a big problem.

Here I am used to the moods of UntraditionalNerd

The problem is that I can no longer download even though I have registered.

I am really annoying i cant reach anyone on sims 4 studio.
