CBBE works with bodyslide so is far more versatile but might not have the most armours ported to SE. For males I'd recommend Schlongs of Skyrim SE which is available here on LL. As for sex, Osex on the nexus is pretty good. It's a simple HUD based way to have sexual interactions that I recommend on top of any other mods such as Sexlab.
