Unassign Strip Club Task?

Hello, I'm having problems managing my strip club.  There is a girl with the task "stage dance" and I have the option to give her the task "charm clients" but then she will have both tasks and go between them. 

 

I want her to only charm clients and not dance on stage. 

 

There seems to only be a way to assign a new task but not to remove an old one.  How do I remove the stage dance task so that she only has the new task I assign her?
