SimianJyhad Posted January 6, 2021 Posted January 6, 2021 Okay the problem is the body under the clothes is not the body I have installed which is CBBE 3BBB with a muscular setting. the body appears properly when I take off the clothes. It is only clothes from one mod all other armors and clothes appear properly except ones from this mod. I have run bodyslide for the specific mod. I have copied the femalebody nifs to the appropriate place in the mods folder and in the folder with bodyslide output namely Meshs/Actores/characters/assets/. I have uninstalled the mod and reinstalled it. I have tried it loading in different places in the load order. I have gotten this mods clothes to look/work properly before but for the life of me I cant remember how. I originally posted this question to the Skyrim Tech support reddit but no help there so far. So I thought I would ask here. in case anyone needs to know its the Lovers lab collection by Sunjeong. (I begged them to please upload the file somewhere for me and they did so they rock!) EDIT: I am about to completely wipe my mod list and start over I am so frustrated Is?
LordZero Posted January 7, 2021 Posted January 7, 2021 Hi, not very experienced in this type of thing but see if any of this will help. From what it seems, when you put this mod's clothes on, it changes the type of body you have, which is CBBE 3BBB. So there are a few options you can check or do. First is if the clothes is CBBE 3BBB type. I know, obvious but usually the case for differenting body types and outfits. Second, you can build/convert the outfit with outfit studio to your body type. Most of the time, outfits come with a reference body with the armor. From what I understand, it will overwrite your character's body. Third, setting the item slot to another slot. If your clothes is using the 32 slot, moving it to an unused slot will essentially say don't overwrite slot 32, which is normally your character's default body. You'll need to delete the reference body if the clothes has one in outfit studio if you decide to do this.
