SexLab Replacing Animations and No Overwrite

Hi all, I recently used CAO to optimize everything from meshes to animations and it seems to have broken my game. All my animations, like combat and idle animations have been replaced by random sex animations and i've tried to use FNIS to make new animations to fix it, but now FNIS won't create files in the overwrite. It detects all the animations, but doesn't create the actual files. Reinstalling FNIS from the ground up solves it, but only once. On subsequent generations, it doesn't output anything in the overwrite folder.
