Setting or Mod for Crime and Punishment which makes sex/nudity a crime?

Using the Crime and Punishment mod, is there a setting or mod which makes it so if my character is nude and/or has sex in the middle of diamond city, it'll be counted as a crime and trigger an arrested?

 

I've found a setting which reduces my karma if my character is naked but that's it.

 

Any help would be appreciated!
