changing the default condom

how can I make both my sims and npc's use smooth condoms by simdulgence as a default (like having them in the first place and use them) instead of wickedwhims ones (which don't appear when using simdulgence penises)?
my male sims can have plenty of smooth condoms, but won't use them automatically (turned on in settings) and will use only wicked condoms automatically. npc's never grab smooth condoms.
