[REQUEST-SEARCH] Unequip weapon

As the title suggests, is there a mod, or a method, to prevent NPC's (including Custom Followers), which prevents the equipment of weapons in inappropriate places (in taverns for example) or where useless? This is somewhat annoying

 

 

I already have mods, like AFT and SMF, in MCM, the latter ( SMF ) has the option I look for , but it also says that the normal Skyrim AI, will bypass this option , and, indeed, that is what occurs
