It's just like the title says.

I'm looking for armor and clothing that exposes only the boobs (additional genitals would be even better), with low exposure of other parts, like regular armor with only the boob and genital parts removed.
 

Even if the armor parts for the boobs are independent, it's fine.
Examples are melodic's Xtra version and ninirim's slutty version.
