DOAXVV MMD not work please help me...

hi everyone, I can't install Doaxvv from the dmm, what I realized is that I am missing some folders.
after I downloaded the DMM from the doaxvv.jp site, I continued with the installation of the doaxvv launcher.
checking the save folder we can see that compared to the left image I am missing some folders and also the launcher.exe
if I try to start the launcher I get an error with insignificant writing, can someone help me?

the first image you see is an image taken from the video I'm following to install doaxvv. the second image are my folders after I have performed all the steps displayed by the video and the last image is the error that appears to me if I try to run the launcher
