Ghoul nude skin

I want to add ghoul sex to one of my mods.  However, I don't seem to have a ghoul skin for the nude body Sexout uses.  Sexout takes off the poor ghoul's original skin and gives him a smooth black body.

 

Surely someone has a Sexout-compatible ghoul nude skin... could you point me to it?

I use this because the standard breeze skin has the issues you describe. Also has textures for females.

I use the Ghouls Hires retexture mod. Matter of personal preference I suppose.
