Skyrim SE - Slen prevents game from opening

I'm fairly newish to modding, and seem to be having a some difficulty with SLEN for SE (Sex Lab Eager NPCs) - Through a process of elimination, I've found that this is definitely the mod causing the issue, when disabled (both mod an .esp), everything opens up and runs fine, without a hitch. I'm new to using LOOT too (The last time I was modding was 7 or 8 years ago using a completely different mod manager, I'm now using Vortex and LOOT).
My current Load Order is as below (copied using the clipboard tool in LOOT), I don't suppose anyone might be able to help with this? 
It would be massively appreciated if anybody has any insight they can offer!
