I was playing one of my teens and discovered the option to go streaking doesn't send teens streaking. Now they do with this mod.

With the exhibition trait, click on played teen sim, wicked whims, exhibitionism, go streaking.

With mischief level 4 and over, playing your teen sim, click another sim, and in mischief you can also Dare To Streak.

There are some other options if you have LittleMsSam's mod Autonomous go Jogging when Sims are Stressed & Children can Jog too installed along with WW.

This mod does several things.

- It adds a timer to jogging interactions which means that jogs will be longer than default.

- It allows you to send your active Sims jogging at any time and works for Child to  Elder.

- If your active Sim has sufficient naturism skill (I think level 3), there is a chance they will change to naked instead of athletic wear on commencing the jog, this applies to teens (If enabled in WW) upwards. This is different to streaking and only needs naturism skill.

- The mod affects townie Sims also so if a Townie Sim is stressed, there is a chance that the Townie may go jogging and if they have sufficient naturism skill, teen or older, may choose to go naked instead of in athletic wear. Send your Sims to hang out in the park and sooner or later a teen Townie or two may be seen jogging naked ?

 

(LittleMsSam's mod would also do what your other mod does regards sending child Sims jogging.)
