Error 504 on just one specific page

Even though i can surf on all (that i tried) sims 4 pages, no matter how many times i try i can never get to this one

Same I have cleared my DNS I have cleared cookies several times I can get to the page when not logged in but when I sign in I get this error on the same page.

Same, except on the downloads page.

I can access the download page above without any problem if I am logged out, but the moment I log in and the file should become accessible, the gateway error appears. It seems pretty intentional, but yet, if this was from LL, they could just remove the page if it contained questionable content.
