Breasts not jiggling with clothes on?

So, I've recently installed Skyrim Special Edition and I've been confused on how to install certain mods/having compatibility issues. Here's my load order, I'm unsure of what is wrong, or if I have an incompatibilities.  The breasts and butt jiggle while the clothes are off, but they don't while the clothes are on, what I'm looking for is for them to jiggle while the clothes are on and off. Are there any fixes to this?

You need to build them in bodyslide and select physics version of the clothing if available.

 

Another hint

Sinful cbp sometimes sets the jiggle quite hard so it becomes barely noticable with clothing.
