Problem with new Sexout.esm

When i am start game with latest sexout.esm, my game after 10-15 minutes starts to stutter. It begins slow, but then after 5-10 minutes it would start freezing for roughly 0.5 second every few seconds. But if i am using older version sexout.esm 2.4.66R, stuttering is not happen.

 

Please help me fix the problem. (sorry for bad english, it's not my native language)
