[Question] Skyrim improved

Surely someone uses the Survivalist Ingenuity mod (Skyrim improved). After spending the points at the beginning of the game, I find myself with another flood of points to spend on the various attributes (Health, Magika, Stamina), but I cannot use them. How to unlock them? left as they are, they are useless
