ENB causes weird texture issue

Hi,

 

So ENB causes my character in skyrim to flash between a white ish tint and normal. Sometimes rapidly sometimes less rapid. I have a screenshot what the white tint looks like and what it's supposed to look like. Also it might be connected to specular maps as the issue is much more intense on argonians.
