Poser Hotkeys Plus only half working

Hi, I'm having a weird issue that none of my friends have been able to replicate.

 

When I try to pose with a weapon or magic equipped and readied so they'll show in the pose, using PHP specifically, the character puts away their weapons before posing- hands empty. Defeating the purpose of a lot of poses. 

 

Here's the testing I've done:

• Using just Poser Hotkeys and the exact same poser mod for testing, the character does NOT put away the weapon. They pose with the weapon as intended. 
• Fresh installs of PHP and the poser occasionally work. Not all the time. Sometimes.
• Nothing's overwriting either, all requirements are there.
• PoserDataGen and FNIS are always run.

I've got no damn idea what's going on and it's frustrating as all hell. Please, someone help me, I'm so tired of posing empty handed for poses that obviously have weapons in them.

 

As well, if anyone could give a quick tutorial on how to make a PHP style module (aka no rings or spells in player inventory) that would be great, as soon as I fix whatever the hell is going on here I'll be working on that.

Still can't seem to fix it, using Poser Hotkeys is okay but I really need to be able to use PHP again!!
