Mass Edit Relationships Controller / Modify ALL Relationships

Hi, I've come here because I could not find anything on Google or Duckduckgo about some sort of tool or mod or cheat that allows you to mass edit relationships in Sims 4. 

I'm looking for something where I can edit relationships between a Sim and every other sim in the whole world at once. 
(My goal ultimately is to make everyone have 100/100 relationships levels with everyone else) 

I haven't found a way I can go about doing this efficiently yet. The closest thing I have found so far is being somewhere where many people spawn and mass editing the relationships with all the sims on the lot for the current sim I am playing. I am also aware I can use the teleport any sim teleporter and teleport them all there and mass edit the relationships with MCCC as well but I'm just looking for something more efficient/much quicker. Once again I've searched this quite a bit and have found nothing so I am doubting it even exists but I figured it would be worth a shot asking. 

Maybe someone even has a better suggestion than what I've figured out on my own, even.
