Verifying game cache, keeps deleting my dragonborn bsa and trying to redownload it

And  I always ctd with my current dragonborn esm.

 

what the hell going on?  why is it trying to redownload the bsa and why is it crashing when I use the one it keeps trying to replace?

Because it's corrupt.......What else do you think it can be if whenever you try and launch the game with Dragonborn loaded it results in a crash......... 

 

Verifying the game cache checks to make sure that the game files are intact. Steam has come to the conclusion that your files are corrupted and is trying to replace the damaged ones.

 

It's not hard to figure out.
