Modified GUI so right bar would appear at the top

hated it from the start,was using "Menu Bar Left Top" that is now outdated,so had to do my own.

 

it had build in "Free Console Access" so you dont need it if you using this mod. i made it this way because they modify same file so they are NOT compatible.

 

not compatible with mods that modify hud.gui file aka most GUI mods.

How do you allow people to view both the things in the top bar and the character screen at once now that the top bar is now the top bar?

if you mean if it's possible to make it shown when you view characters,then you dont. CK3 wasnt made with this in mind hence it's on the left side.

to make it so you need to change character viewer to accommodate top bar and that's not something i want to or will do,too much work for little to no benefits.
