Sexout seems to be causing crashes, help?

I've tried looking all over the place for solutions to this but I can't find any. I've started a new TTW playthrough but cannot make it work Sexout. All non-Sexout mods work perfectly fine and I have had no issues with them but I have been able to prove through the process of elimination that the Sexout Framework when enabled causes a crash approximately 5-60 seconds into loading a save - which I can only assume means it is causing a crash while loading. I have had the exact same process occur with only the Framework enabled with my mods, meaning this must be the cause or it is conflicting with one of my other mods.

This is my usual load order, with all mods I am supposed to be using... I cannot workout why Sexout won't work, please help.
