CBBE HDT - COSIO HD BodySlide Clothing Conversions

I'm setting up a brand new modlist which I never used before. This time I want to try COSIO İnnie Outie body. When I use CBBE HDT from bodylisde I was able to find almost any conversation of armors and clothing. From what I understand from reading is COSIO is based CBBE body. And I'm planning to use CBBE Curvy as preset. So the question on my mind is can I use CBBE HDT conversations with COSIO HD body? Because I already have these conversations from my previous setup.

As a general rule of thumb, it's fine for outfits that cover the crotch and not advisabe for exposed crotches.

 

The base-shape of Cosio is the same as CBBE, but Cosio has additional sliders. Those are for the most part relatively small ones that will make near enough no difference through clothing, but there are off the top of my head two that are bigger. If you use those two, you'll probably want conversions.

You might also see some minor difference in how the breasts move if you really pay close attention.

 

Where the real issue comes in is with clothes that expose the crotch and where you want to have working vagina physics. Because obviously CBBE outfits do not have the vag physics integrated. For such outfits you'll need to find (or make) conversions.
