Cum textures not applying on character, SL approach and Horrible Harassment not working or loading in mcm

Everything the title says, I've tried multiple ways to fix it, disabling, overwriting, rebuilding sexlab, nothing works, I'm putting up screenshots of my load order and esp order next to that to see if anyone can figure it out because I'm stumped on it now, textures don't apply to my wood elf character and doesn't apply to any npcs of any race. In the SLACS menu it says the textures are applied but nothing shows, however, if a scene ends and it says the textures are applied, if I save the game at that point and close out skyrim se, then reopen it to that load the texture is up for that short duration of time then they go back to not working, hoping to get any help I can.
