Help with glossy effect

Hello !! So i did some digging to the skyrim tech support in order to get help with with my glossy effect.First, i have installed nifskope and opened the female body_1 nif file and changed the glossiness and the specular strength, but there is no change on my character, it has the same appearence. Also on the forums i have read that i need to install wet_s.dds files . What else can i do ?

Download this follower and look under 2b. You will find a body and head file with a perfect gloss without any wet-effect file or other texture file

Female body_1.inf changes your glossiness if your weight is at 100 anything below that say your weight is 0 or 75 you need to change female body_0.inf to affect glossiness.
