You mean without any pubic hair?
I thought the ww penis already is without pubic hair

 

Here is a penis :

 

You can turn pubic hair off in wickedwhims

Just click on your sim and go to menu :  wicked -> Personalisation -> Pubic hair -> disable pubic hair.

If you want to disable pubic hair for all sims go into the wickedwhims settings : Nudity --> Pubic hair settings --> uncheck Pubic hair switch.

They usually are, unless you use default WW penises and don't disable pubic hair growth.
