Problem whith Devious Devices Events

First of all, apologize for my bad English I'm german.

I have a problem with the Devious Device plugs and the effects of them. Actually, these plugs should be vibrating or shocking from time to time. But somehow they never do that with me. It seems as if one of my mods prevents this. I have attached my loadorder below. As you can see, I have a lot of mods active.
If I put the Vibratingchance from bumpspanks at "spank that ass" to 100%, then the plugs / piercings vibrate as they should. But the periodic effects just don't work. Normally there should be events where the chastity belt rubs or the shackles itch. but none of this happens to me.
maybe someone knows the problem and can help me.
I have already started a new game but it doesn't work there either.
and with the amount of mods I have active it is hard to find the culprit. or its a loadorder problem.
