Sim4 cant reinstall the game

if i delete the game and reinstall (from Origin) the old game and folders will be alwyas be there.
I delte the game with Origin uninstall, then delete the files from there manuell. If i check with the Explorer the files they are away, cant see no more the files of the sims 4 game.
Then i install the game again all old files (mods, saved game) will be again here.
I delete the game because i had so much troubles with the mods (stucks completly) and want to reinstall and install one mod after another to test what mod made troubles.

This is not possible because the old mods and saved setup crash always my game.
I cant install into another file, Origin will alwyas install into the same place.
What can i do?

I'm not sure I understand.
You don't need to unistall your game to remove your mods. And if your mods crash the game, why don't you remove them and start a new save ?
