Werewolf/Giant Schlong Dislocated

Title. Idk what causes this. please help. For giants, sometimes works, sometimes doesnt. For werewolf, doesnt work. The pictures are spawned with Hentai Creatures Spells. When spawning werewolfs through commands, depending on which werewolf code, results in CTD or Normal Werewolf peen. Also, HC Werebear causes CTD
