Is there a way that Wicked Whims can be made similar in certain things to Kinky World for the Sims 3?
For example, in Kinky World a Sim can ask another Sim to show Her their vagina, penis or breasts, or they can touch another Sim's butt.
I don't know if I mean it, but in a way I want my Sim (male or female) to be able to touch other Sims' butt or ask to show their vagina, penis or breasts or it can touch your vagina, penis, breasts, or butt.

I don't think you can "touch it", but if your sim has high exhibitionism skill level, you can flash that body part to another sim. To get the exhibitionism skill, you first need to have naturism skill at level 3, than you can purchase exhibitionism from reward traits. Sorry for my english too..
