can some one make a human female only race.

The way to solve this problem which everyone is agonising over is to create a new set of race portraits that filter out male genders.

There is already a MOD that splits Human (and Human only) by gender/race:

If you want something more you will need to adapt the (Undiverse Humans) mod to another portrait set.
