Normal sized weapons for smaller/child sized races?

The original thread of the Elin race mod seems to have been archived, so I can't post this question there. Regarding that mod, there were three versions available. One that had the Elin normal-sized with normal weapons, a second that had them child-sized with child sized weapons, and the third that had them child sized with normal sized weapons.

 

What I am trying to find out, after failing to find anything of any use at all searching the net, is how to scale weapons for a custom race, in order to reproduce that last Elin version on a tweaked playable children mod.

 

Would anyone happen to know how to do that, by chance, and be willing to share the info?

Thank you very much. Not sure why my version of nifskope seems different than everyone else's but once I got it sorted out, it worked like a charm.
