Unfortunately Mihoyo spend a lot of effort blocking any attempts to modify the game. Rather than improving user accounts protection or gameplay. In addition, Genshin Impact is a very hype game, so any public discussions end with an influx of idiots who spam with requests to share, which also does not help. As a result, there are currently no public known way to modify the game. I doubt that ways of modifying the game ever appear. Because Mihoyo is tracking attempts to modify the game and quickly fixes its anti-cheat system.
