Hardware nail piercing through nipples

Guys I was was editing my sims outfits and I lost track of which custom content was which and now my sim as unremovable NAIL piercings through her nipples! Which mod pierces nipples with NAILS? I gotta remove it

Tried clicking the  ❌ button (The one in the bottom of the clothing category icon) ? That removes everything in the category that is equipped. If you go through all the clothing pieces,tattoos,face tattoos (These can have body stuff too) and everything else, maybe it can remove it.
