Anyone willing to port an armor mod for me?

I've been wanting to port this one armor from a Fallout 4 mod into New Vegas for a while now. I've gotten permission from the author but I couldn't figure out how to do it myself. Would anyone be willing to help me out? It's the Minutemen Extremist Plate Armor from the Far West Minutemen mod.
