More Frequent Kill Moves on Player

I know somewhere in the game file you can make it so killmoves happen more on your player but I have small brain and impatience also i request this because one of my mods that i use a lot removes kill moves on player (melee and humanoid characters only deathclaw still works). So please can someone be a god and an omega chad and help me out?
