Looking for an outfit from a video.

I'm not much of a K-Pop fan, but I recently watched a video from Blackpink (very good singers BTW), and I just fell in love with one of the girls outfits, so I have been using my Google-Fu to find it, but no luck. So I turn to you here at LL hoping someone has it, something similar to it, or can guide me to someone who can/will make it. I am hoping to find the outfit of Lisa (I'm told that;s her name) in this video.

I love that skirt and little plaid top with the long sleeve plaid bolero over it. The skirt I can do easy. Same with the little tank top she is wearing. The problem is the bolero, I find some but not one close to that cut. So if anyone has one like this it would be greatly appreciated, especially if it is an accessory, so it can be worn over the other top.
