Anyone know what mod this is? Guard: "where's your owner"

I periodically get force greeted by a guard who asks if I'm a slave and then says I am and tells me to take him to my owner, which links into devious followers. However, I can't find a setting for this IN devious followers, does anyone happen to know what Mod causes this event?

It is indeed from Devious Followers, when your Willpower gets too low and you don't have a follower this happens, iirc.
