Any Approach not working

Any type of sex approach or propositions are not working with different mods that use them like Sexlab Approach and Radiant Prostitution.

Even with attractiveness cranked up to max in Sexlab Attraction the function of NPCs approaching the PC seems to be broken.

Anyone had a similar issue or know of what type of mod or what particular mod could overwrite this function?
