Interrupting masturbation to start oral scene

Good afternoon,

 

I am looking for a mod that means when an NPC is masturbating, say from getting too aroused in Spectator Crowds, you could walk up to them, press "talk" and get an option to help relieve them. Not sure if that would be possible at all but just an idea for a way to easily slip into another sex scene.
