Shadow of the tomb raider jostar mod

why doesn't jostarmod work in my shadow of the tomb raider? I removed the directx12, I put the resolutions in ULTRA. I have installed the K-Mod. The game emits the classic "metal gear" sound. everything is put right but it doesn't work. why?

Try this open dxgi.ini find->[SpecialK.System]-> Silent to False

or in [Steam.Log] Silent to true
