Hi, I need some help finding a mod or perhaps a couple, my japanese is non-existing but from what i could find myself or have been translate by google.

Its about a I presume a follower named Meat Wall "肉壁" 
I want to know which mods I would have to get in order to replicate such bodies (mainly top left)

 

this is about as good as it gets but perhaps someone can find more about it.
