monesq Posted November 8, 2020 Posted November 8, 2020 As the title states, I lost Ivy. I had to excuse her as I was playing a quest mod and she went to Sanctuary. When I completed the quest, went there and she is nowhere to be found. I went to an old save to copy her refid and used that to move her to me. Did not work. I tried moveto [refid], to move myself to her, it took me back to where I originally tried to bring her to me. So the engine thinks she is there, but she is not. I have tried the GPS tracker and teleporter, still no luck. Any suggestions???
Lizzy Posted November 8, 2020 Posted November 8, 2020 If you have her RefID, type prid ID# then moveto player in console. If she doesn't appear, type enable.
monesq Posted November 9, 2020 Author Posted November 9, 2020 Weirdest thing, I went ahead and progressed with an old save (when you gotta play, you gotta play). I then saw your response, so I figured, WTH as I had never used enable with the prid command. (Thank you BTW). Of course, I had deleted the picture I took of her ID, but found an even older save and copied that (I swear that number was different). It worked, even though I did not need to use enable. I was playing a mod called Cade and Kellan (I am getting desperate for new quest mods). Not that bad. The mod took place in a new world space. Even though I had dismissed her, she did stick around as mentioned by this mod author. I nevertheless asked her again to go home and did not see her again. She must have stayed in the new world space which is why I could not find her on the map (I never went back to the cell where I had last seen her). When I "summoned" by using prid, I had to tell her to follow me. I knew then that it was her and not a copy or old version. Now I am after a damned raider who beat her up and did not pay her. I guess if you have to dismiss her, it's best to do that before you get in too deep on a new quest where followers are not allowed. Thanks again for responding.
