If you are using MO2 make sure to place SMP DLL in the skyrim physical directory, (data\skse\plugins). There could be issues when SMP DLL is loaded from MO2 usvfs.

Do you see a file skse\plugins\hdtSkinnedMeshPhysics.log in MO2 overwrite folder after you launch the game? If you do then open it and inspect for possible errors or attach it here.

the DLL you're referring to is d3decompiler_47 ? and in the overwrite folder i don't see hdtSkinnedMeshPhysics.log

hdtSkinnedMeshPhysics.dll goes to data\skse\plugins.

d3dcompiler_47.dll and d3dx9_42.dll go to skyrim root folder.

If you do not see hdtSkinnedMeshPhysics.log anywhere then hdtSkinnedMeshPhysics.dll is not being loaded by SKSE, its either misplaced or missing.

Check %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\SKSE\skse.log. Can you see hdtSkinnedMeshPhysics.dll being loaded in the log?

skse.log0 is old rorated log file probably from previous installation when it was working, skse.log is the current one (check modify dates on both files).

You need to Install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable to fix the error 126.
