No more reacting to nudity/sex?

When I first started using WW, my sims would often walk in on each other and get surprised/intrigued/etc moodlets which I thought was fun, but now there's no reaction at all even with completely new households with barely any relationships or naturism levels. Nudity privacy and nudity reaction switches are both on. I have the game and mod both up to date. I have tried resetting my settings but even on default settings nothing happens any more. Are there any known mods (eg mccc or ui cheats extension) that would affect this recently?
