Birth control not working?

I have automatic condom use and pills automatic use checked but I still get the notification that my sim might be pregnant. When I shift click and check pregnancy information it says "is on birth control: False" 

 

I can have my sim drink birth control manually but the buff only shows for two hours, and even during that time she still gets the warning that she could be pregnant, even when the guy has a condom on. I haven't been using this mod for very long, so if I'm doing something really dumb please tell me what it is. My game version is 1.67 and WW version is the most current. I don't want to turn pregnancy off completely but I also don't want all my female sims getting pregnant like 10 minutes into the game. Thanks in advance.

Okay I figured it out and I was, in fact, being an idiot. I was confusing MC Woohoo birth control with WW. Once I got that sorted and bought (and unpacked) the WW pills all is well.
