(REQ) Dark Lilith wings Bigger

I want to use the wings from hentai's Dark Lilith but they are too small and the big ones attached to the arms look terrible in my opinion as the alpha channel was broken and the  moving with the arms is annoying

 

 

Can anyone make this model bigger?

 

... Like 2x to 2.5x to 3x? (separate files.)

 

I think I would have to be done by 3dmax or blender as Nifskope breaks it. (Skinned node + Edit + Apply = Fail)
