Sexlab, SD . huge problem

I am so done, can somebody write me step by step how install 

 and 

I know that there is instruction but I dont know maybe I am too dumb to do this . I try with diff mod manager.  I had both versions skyrim SE and LE . Try on both but it doesnt work.
